That night, the stars were in my eyes

It’s no surprise

My feelings grew

And life seemed new.

As time went by, you changed your mind

“I’m not your kind?”

You broke my heart!

Blew it apart.

I’ll never let you see me cry

You and your lies

Vengeance is mine —

All in good time.
